The North Chicago Police Department has alerted D187 to safety concerns in the neighboring area. Based on the NCPD's recommendation, we have placed NMSA and NCCHS on a soft lockdown until further notice. Outdoor activities are canceled, and students will remain indoors until further notice. We will continue to work with the NCPD and keep you updated when we receive the all-clear. Thank you for being so cooperative. If you have any questions, please contact the BOE at (847) 689-8150.

Drop-In Tutoring Permission Form: https://5il.co/2wgtm
This form grants permission for a student to participate in drop-in tutoring sessions at Neal Math and Science Academy. Students can attend these sessions as needed for academic support and can leave whenever they feel their questions have been answered. Parents or guardians will be notified when their child finishes the tutoring session. The form also includes an optional section to authorize the student to walk home after tutoring.
